Trend Research for T-Bank

We are creating a strategic trend report and workshop for T-Bank on emerging user scenarios and product opportunities.

Life paths are becoming increasingly non-linear. People marry later, change careers more often, and rethink age, family, ownership and financial planning. For digital services, this means that traditional segmentations and standard user journeys are becoming less precise.

For T-Bank, we explored how people’s life trajectories are changing and what new expectations are emerging around digital and financial products. The project included analysis of dozens of cases across fintech and other categories, as well as interviews with experts in CX, UX and future studies.

We brought the findings together in a large strategic presentation for the company’s leadership team and held a session to discuss how these shifts could influence product scenarios and ecosystem development.

The work helped the team look at audience change beyond traditional demographic and product frameworks and use these shifts as a basis for discussing new opportunities.

The details of the project remain under NDA.
